hi mga mommies ask lang sna if naexperience nyo din ung nakahiga kayo and sobrang umikot ang buong paligid sobrang hilo..currently on my 6 months 😰any suggestions or advice panu gingawa nyo 🙏🏻thankyouuu

Hi mama! Oo nakakakita ako ng maraming preggy friends na nakakaranas nito lalo na around mid-pregnancy, it's usually just the weight and position changes causing it, pero since you're feeling super dizzy, mas safe na i-check mo na lang with your OB para ma-rule out low blood pressure or anemia na common rin during pregnancy. Sa meantime, try to move slowly when getting up, stay hydrated, at avoid lying on your back for too long, one of my mum friends swears na mas naging okay ang hilo niya when she made sure kumakain siya ng iron-rich foods at nag-rest nang maayos. Let me know what your doc says ha, take care!
