Pero honestly, lahat ng decisions about induction ay dapat talaga with your OB lang, sya ang nakakakita ng full picture ng pregnancy mo, kaya trust her sa timeline na yan. A few of us moms have gone through induction din, and it's really between you and your doctor kung ano ang best approach para sa baby at sa iyo. Wag mag-alala too much about the "how", ang medical team mo na ang bahala dyan on the day. Aw mamsh, ganyan talaga ang third trimester! 29 weeks is already quite heavy na, kaya ang back pain is super common, a few of us tried prenatal massage and sleeping with a pregnancy pillow under the belly, tumutulong talaga sa posture. For the burping, madalas yan dahil ang baby is pushing up sa stomach mo na, try eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of big ones, kaya mas comfortable ang digestion. But since you're at 29 weeks and ang likod mo talaga ay nakakaabala na, best to mention it sa OB mo during your next visit para ma-check if there's anything specific na kailangan mo, and they can give you safer exercises or support options.
