Is it safe for pregnant to eat quinoa as a replacement to white rice? will it have negative effects??

hi, as per reading articles, quinoa is a good alternative for white rice while pregnant. pero kami ginagawa kasi namin, black rice+quinoa po to maximize the benefit for me and my baby☺️
