cracked nipples

hello mga mii sino nakaranas dito ng cracked nipples lalo na sa gilid nya,36 weeks p lng aq pero nagsugat na agad nipples ko huhu dry and itchy dn sya.. for now nililinis ko sya ng baby oil.. any nipple cream recommendation? thanks in advance

hello mga mii, medyo na stress kc aq natapon kc ng mister ko ung gas sa me kusina at medyo may naiiwan pa dn na amoy kahit anong linis nya, overthink aq kasi nakaamoybaq kht naka mask may naiiwan na amoy pa dn huhu nag aalala aq sa baby ko, currently 15 weeks huhu im praying wla sana effect samen ni baby ko huhu

Ay sis, don't worry, accidental gas exposure like that is unlikely to harm your baby, pero definitely mention it to your OB sa next checkup para sa peace of mind, yun ang safest way para ma-ease ang anxiety mo talaga. A few of us mums have had similar scares (natatanggal na agad ng tubig, pagsabay ng bintana, etc) at lahat ok ang babies namin, pero knowing you told your doctor will help you sleep better at night, hindi ba? For now, open windows as much as you can, gumamit ng activated charcoal or baking soda sa kusina para absorb ang lingering smell, at try to breathe, stress is harder on baby than a one-time exposure like this. Hugs, mama, you're doing great.

mommy, natapon kc ng mister ko ung gas sa kusina namen medyo maamoy sya, nag mask naman aq pero may amoy pa dn tlga naiiwan lalo na if ppunta aw kusina, nilinis naman nya at gnawa na halos lahat ng napanuod sa youtube pero may amoy pa dn huhu medyo overthink kasi aq.. sna wala effect samen ni baby yung amoy huhuhu

Aww, don't worry mama, gas fumes from spills usually aren't harmful sa baby, kung na-contain lang at hindi prolonged exposure, you and baby are fine! The fact na nag-mask ka pa and na-clean na agad ng mister mo is really good. If the smell is really lingering, try opening all windows wide para mag-air out ang kusina, and maybe light some candles or use a safe air freshener, honestly a few of us pregnant moms did this din when may accidental spills at nag-relax lang kami once na nabuksan lahat. If the worry pa rin is eating you up or you're feeling dizzy pa, best check with your OB just para peace of mind mo, pero from experience talaga, one-time exposure like this is nothing to overthink!
