Off for kids is great

Just sharing

Last Sunday night napansin ko di malikot si baby unlike before na halos di ako makatulog sa sobrang likot. Same the next day. Almost whole day syang di halos gumagalaw kahit kilitiin ko. I am getting worried na hanggang gabi ganun sya. Medyo naninigas din tyan ko. Kaya I decided to go to my OB na the next morning. And I'm glad na di ko binalewala un worry ko. I'm having a sign na pala of premature labor. I was advised for a bed rest and given medication like pampakapit and pampakalma. I am only 31 weeks. Kaya mga Mommy kapag may something unusual tayo nafeel better to go agad kay OB. By the way, I am 38 years old na kaya siguro mejo risky na rin ang pregnancy.

Double dose of ferrous sulfate

Hi Mommies, I need double dose of ferrous sulfate po. do you think okay lang po na 2 tabs na ferrous sulfate ang inumin ko ng sabay instead na isa sa morning and another sa lunch?
