Hi mommies! I'm 26 weeks na po turning 27 this tuesday...

Aw mama, been there! Ang pregnancy insomnia is SO real, especially sa third trimester, yung katawan mo talaga ay nag-aadjust at kahit ilang positions mo pa, parang imposible matulog kahit pagod na pagod ka na mentally huhu. A few of us pregnant moms noticed na the afternoon nap din contributes, kaya try mo i-limit yun to maybe 30 mins lang or wag na if kaya mo, para mas malakas ang sleep pressure gabi; also, walang husband beside you can actually mess with your comfort, kaya pillow between legs, body pillow, the works talaga para safe and supported yung baby AND you. That said, since nag-wo-worry ka na at affecting na yung stress mo, worth checking in with your OB about it, especially kung it becomes a pattern, they can give you safe tips para sa pregnancy or make sure walang underlying anxiety going on. You're doing great at 26 weeks, mama, sobrang normal lang ito pero your doctor will reassure you better. Sending sleep vibes!
