6months refuse to eat / baby led weaning

My baby recently turned 6months and I was excited to start her baby led weaning journey. I noticed she has the motor skills like picking up things and putting in her mouth and tries to reach for food when at the table. However now that I’m offering her, she’s either uninterested or spits them out. I tried both fine purée to solid finger foods. Everyone is stressing me out telling me she’ll be underweight if I don’t force feed her. Even if I did she just refuses. I don’t want her to have a bad perception on food. Any advice? Is this normal? #baby6bulan #babyledweaning #PureeFood

Maybe ur baby is still full with milk. Maybe you try to give her food when shes hungry and less milk. But its normal tho. I read somewhere that baby 6 month eats 2 times a day only. Slowly give her food, when she wakes up, wait about 30 mins to give her food. Make sure there’s no disturbance, no tv, no phone etc. andddd show her how to eat (either you eat with her or you chew in front of her face) show her that is the food. She need to feel safe to eat it. She need to feel happy when it comes to food. Never force eat a baby. That will give her trauma.

Wsalam. Puan boleh consume pil calcium. But it's better to consult w doc first. Soya boleh minum but bukan secara kerap.
