Spotting dan scan tiada heatbeat

Saya pregnant dah 9w, kemudian saya mengalami masalah spotting, bila scan klinik heartbeat baby dah tiada sedangkan masa 6w dah nampak janin dan heartbeat. Kebetulan, masa first scan twin. Mcm mana ye ada kemungkinan tak akan ada heartbeat semula slps 2 minggu ni? #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Sayang, I'm so sorry you're going through this, it's really scary and heartbreaking. Please see your doctor or go to the hospital as soon as possible , spotting + no heartbeat needs proper medical attention right away, they need to check what's happening and guide you through this carefully. I won't lie, losing a heartbeat after seeing one before is very difficult, but your doctor needs to do proper scans and explain what's actually going on with your pregnancy, only they can tell you what might happen next. A few of my mum friends have been through similar situations and their doctors helped them understand what was really happening. Stay strong, and please don't wait, get to your clinic or A&E today.
