Increase baby weight

Hi mummies, i am due to be induced to deliver in 3 days time due to preeclampsia. Im currently 36weeks 4 days & baby weight is 2.4kg. Doc says baby weight is okay. Any advise on food to eat to slightly increase baby’s weight? Although i not sure if 3 days will make any diff on baby’s weight 😅

Hi mummies, anyone had SPD before? Im in my 3rd trimester & i have been having pubic pain and i read up more it seems like i have SPD. The pain on my groin travel down to my thigh and its painful when i lift up my left to climb stairs or wear my pants. I also feel pain on my vjj when i turn in bed. I consulted doc before this & was told its muscle pain. Told me to take panadol if it is too painful. But the pain is increasing now. Any idea what will b the treatment plan given by doctor beside painkiller? Will doc give HL to rest?

I had SPD too. Painkiller is probably the only treatment. Actually lying down to rest doesn’t make it any better, because moving/turning in bed is horribly painful too. I worked till I was 39 weeks, no choice.. you can discuss with your gynae about HL I guess.. but it’s not guaranteed. When you walk, especially up and down the stairs, turn your hips inwards when you take a step. That lessens the pain. When you sleep, use a fat bolster between your legs. And when you want to get out of bed, it’s less painful to roll out of bed. Lol. But it’s true. Turn to face the edge if the bed, then let your inner leg come down and touch the floor first. Hang in there.. the pain is much better once you deliver. For me, the pain only completely went away 5 weeks pp

Hi mummies, any tips for hormonal acnes?

Im in my 1st trimester & im having a very bad breakout. Im using Eucerin acne series currently- still not helping much. Any tips/ ideas to minimise this breakout?

Can ask gynae to recommend dermatologist within the same hospital. It is faster in terms of appointment
