36weeks adakah perkara biasa

Alamak, 36 weeks tu dah masuk final stretch lah! Memang biasa jer, tapi memang rasa berbeda, some of my mum friends cakap around this time baru terasa real that baby coming soon. Your body sedang prepare untuk labour, so jangan kaget if you feel more Braxton Hicks contractions or yang lain-lain signs. Important thing is keep checking in with your doc, and jangan stress too much, you're in the home stretch now!

Sayang, yang tu normal je untuk 36 weeks, baby dah besar dan pressing on your bladder, so keluar air kecil frequent lah, plus with all the movement malam-malam your uterus pun mengeras (Braxton Hicks contractions). A few of my mum friends pun sama experience ni time nak dekat deliver. Tapi kalau you worried or the tightening sangat sakit or ada bleeding, better check with your doctor cepat-cepat ye, just to be safe!

Aiyoh sayang, 36 weeks dah! Perut mengeras + kencing kerap tu boleh jadi Braxton Hicks (practice contractions) atau pressure dari baby yang dah besar, tapi please go see your doctor or midwife asap , better safe than sorry at this stage, especially if the hardening becomes painful or regular. One of my mum friends kena sama at 36 weeks, turned out baby was already quite low, so her gynae just monitored closely. Don't wait lah, get checked out!

Kalau mengeras tapi tak selalu, normal je. Tu namanya braxton hicks. Buang air kecil dgn kerap pun normal sbb baby pressure
