Hi I have been experiencing for the past 3 days, he is formula fed , and it's the first time experiencing this, his stool have abit of mucus, is it normal ? What should I do?

Anyone encounter infant 3 month plus going 4 month having flu cough and fever

Fever and cough

My girl is that age and has had runny nose since entering IFC at 2 mths old. the nose hadnt bothered her until it started getting worse yesterday, coughing and not wanting to drink. brought to dr, was told to monitor and bring to A&E if start having fever as the runny nose has been persistent for a while. also need to monitor that she continues to have wet/dirty diapers :(
