Hi mama! Ito talaga ay medical question na kailangan mo i-clarify directly sa OB mo, lalo na kung may X-ray na inorder na, important ito para sa baby mo kaya better safe than sorry! A few of my mum friends na pregnant din nag-ask ng same concern sa doctors nila, at sabi nila ang doctors ang best ang magturo kung kailangan talaga or pwede i-postpone. Don't worry, OBs namin alam kung ano ang safe timing, pero kailangan mo talaga i-raise ito sa appointment mo, okay? Seryoso lang na consult sa doctor mo mismo about this, hindi lang online! pwede naman pagsabay sabayin yan.. Kung worry ka mommy every 5mins ka uminom ng vitamins, wala naman advice zi ob na masamang pagsabayin ang mga vitamins
