Haii mmy nak tnye sye dh 38weeks 1 days kerap buang air besar stu hari kadang 2 3 kali kerap ke tnds buang air besar , ape tu tnda2 nak berslin ,?

Eh mak, tu memang boleh jadi tanda labour yang dekat! Banyak ibu hamil yang masuk 38 weeks onwards akan kena diarrhea or frequent bowel movements, it's your body's way of clearing out before delivery, jadi don't worry la, quite normal. Tapi kalau dengan contractions yang reguler, lower back pain, or bloody show, tu betul-betul sign bersalin dah dekat, so better call your doctor or midwife cepat-cepat untuk check kan status. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing at 38 weeks and within days je dah deliver, so you're likely on countdown mode already!

Eh, yang tu normal je sayang, mucus plug kat 35 weeks, especially yang clear and stretchy macam putih telur, boleh jadi sign yang cervix preparing untuk labour. Tapi kalau takde cramping or bleeding, usually takde problem, cuma badan kamu dah start getting ready. Satu dari my mum friends tu juga keluar sama time tu, dan delivery dia normal je week kemudian. Still, kalau worried or ada any spotting/heavy bleeding after ni, better check with your doctor cepat-cepat, especially since you're in the later weeks, they'll want to make sure everything's on track for your baby.

Alhamdulillah bagus! A few of my mum friends also got Sinovac during pregnancy and they're all fine, the important thing is you're protected lah. Memang ada ibu-ibu yang dapat Sinovac, some dapat Pfizer, some dapat AstraZeneca, the main thing is you're vaccinated kan, better for baby also. Just make sure you follow up with your second dose if you haven't, and if you ada any side effects yang besar or rasa tak sihat, check with your gynae la to be safe. Congrats on getting your jab done!
