mummy powder enfagrow chocolate

Hi,mummies. Urgent. Yesterday might I just opened a newly bought enfagrow mummy powder and tried for the first time. There is undissolved white color elements on the milk. Is that normal? Thank u. I have consumed it last night cos I thought it is normal but not feeling very well after that.
