35 weeks pregnant

nahihirapan matulog tuwing gabi, ano pwedeng gawin? #firstimemom

Uy, yan talaga ang struggle ng third trimester! A few of us moms swear by sleeping on your left side with a pregnancy pillow between your knees and behind your back, tumutulong talaga sa comfort at breathing, plus okay lang siya for baby. Try din na kumain ng light snacks before bed (like banana or warm milk) at iwasan ang heavy meals at caffeine after 3pm, kasi ang acid reflux at frequent bathroom trips talaga ang culprit ng sleepless nights natin. Importante rin na huwag mag-stress kung hindi ka makatulog ng 8 hours straight, kahit napping throughout the day is totally fine na, your body needs the rest anyway. Kung sobrang hirap na talaga, siguro time to bring it up sa OB mo next visit, basta for now try those positioning tricks muna!
