Uy, mama, please go to your OB or go to the nearest hospital right away to get checked, spotting in the third trimester needs to be looked at by a doctor, kaya don't wait. Better safe than sorry when you're this far along na, talaga. I know it's scary, but spotting can mean different things and only your doctor can tell you what's going on. A few of my mum friends had similar situations and everything turned out okay, pero they went in immediately para sure. Fingers crossed for you, let me know how it goes!

Congrats sa pregnancy, mama! At 28 weeks pa lang, good timing to research, a few of us tried renting first from Motherhood or National Bookstore before buying kasi super mahal and di mo alam pa kung ano ang comfortable for you, honestly. Manual pumps like Spectra or Philips Avent are okay for occasional use, pero if you're planning to pump regularly (like if you're going back to work), electric ones like Medela or Spectra S1 are game-changers, mas mabilis at less effort. Best bet is to ask your OB or lactation consultant which suits your setup, at join local mom groups din para sa honest secondhand options na nakakatipid!
