HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT

Salamt pooo🙏

Aw momsh, kaya mo yan! Honestly, breastfeeding burns a lot of calories kaya normal na mabilis kang bumaba, a few of us went through the same thing at parang ang tagal mag-stabilize ng metabolism. Best bet is eat more frequently (healthy snacks, not junk), peanut butter, avocado, rice with meals, and stay hydrated kasi sometimes thirst feels like hunger; also make sure you're eating enough protein dahil kailangan mo ng energy for baby and healing pa. For the stretch marks, try Mama's Choice Stretchmark Cream & Serum, pregnancy-safe and effective talaga, iba yung texture ng skin after a few weeks, at least feeling mo you're doing something about it na maka-boost ng confidence while you're gaining weight back. Don't pressure yourself too much, mama, 8 months palang, your body will catch up, lalo na pag nag-wean na siya.

HOW TO INTRODUCE BOTTLE FEED

Mga mii, pa help po, FTM paano po i introduce kay baby yung bottle feedign 8months old na po🙏 Hindi pa po marunung mag supsop ng bottle nipple

Aww mama, 8 months is totally doable kahit late pa! A few of us tried starting with a slower-flow nipple kasi ang newborn ones ay parang lollipop lang sa kanila, tapos I let baby play with the bottle first while I'm holding siya so hindi scary, then I'd put a tiny bit of breastmilk on the nipple para ma-taste niya agad na may lasa. Patience lang talaga, some babies take a week or two pero lahat eventually nag-adjust, puwede rin i-try different bottle brands kasi may picky babies na sa nipple shape lang, or warm the milk para mas appealing sa kanila!
