Aww alam ko yan, mahirap talaga ang ubo at lalamunan pain pagbuntis, especially pag di ka makatulog! But please check with your OB muna bago uminom ng kahit anong gamot or lozenge, important na marinig nila kung ano exactly ang safe for you at baby. A few of us pregnant mommies actually swear by simple remedies like warm salt water gargle, honey tea, or just throat lozenges na specifically approved ng doc, pero talaga, OB mo ang best person to tell you what's okay. Kaya please message or call your clinic, especially if it's been a few days na at di mawala! Take care po, at sana mawala agad ang sakit mo!
