Placenta Accreta

Hai sayang! Memang placenta accreta ni serious sikit, especially dengan history of multiple C-sections macam you, risk dia memang naik each time. Tapi the good news is your doctor sudah monitoring closely, and planning admission at 28 weeks is actually smart, they'll do scans, maybe prepare untuk early delivery kalau needed to avoid complications. Honestly, early delivery is possible lah (some mums I know dengan accreta, they delivered around 36-37 weeks), but it really depends on how severe yours is and what the scans show, your specialist will know best based on your situation. The main thing adalah placenta accreta boleh cause heavy bleeding during delivery, so they need to be prepared with blood supplies and maybe a surgical team ready. My neighbour went through similar worries with her previous pregnancy and after proper monitoring and planning, things turned out okay, so try not to stress too much lah while you follow your doctor's plan closely. Definitely ask your doctor detail-detail: how severe is it based on the scans, what's the actual plan for delivery timing, and what to watch out for, they'll give you the clearest picture for YOUR specific case. Sending you strength, mama!
