Ako lang ba dito ang nahirapan makaihi matapos manganak cs po ako nanganak po ako nung may 26 and until now di po okay yung pag ihi ko. Pinipwersa ko na po sya para lang po makalabas po yung ihi ko then ngayon po is parang nawawalan po ako ng pakramdam na naiihi ako. Manas pa din po ako at malaki ang tyan ? di ko na po alam ang gagawin.

Lemon water po. Inallow ako ni Ob ng strepsils noon pero nag lemon water with honey lang ako. Maigi din ang pinya sa kati ng lalamunan. (Hindi naman daw bawal sabi ng ob ko wag lang sobra).
