Aww sayang, I know this must be scary to read on the scan. Please talk to your OB/gynae as soon as possible, they need to monitor this closely through your pregnancy and birth plan, and some cases resolve on their own while others need follow-up after baby arrives. A few of my mum friends went through similar findings and their doctors gave them a clear picture of what to expect, which honestly helped ease the worry a bit. You're not alone in this, reach out to your OB team first, then maybe find a mummy support group (ada beberapa in FB) where mums who've been through it share their stories. Sending you strength!

Minat Zamani, boleh ke pergi konsert..

Saya dah lama nak pergi konsert Slam/Zamani, minat memang dari kecil.. Saya tengah mengandung 7 weeks, bahaya ke untuk kandungan kalau pergi live band konsert..

Alang-alang 7 weeks baru je, sebetulnya ramai mummy friends yang tetap pergi event besar kalau manage crowd dan fatigue dengan baik, tapi sebab ni melibatkan kandungan, better check dengan doctor dulu, especially nak pastikan baby steady. Kalau doctor okay, yang penting avoid the pit area, stay hydrated, dan jangan terkejar-kejar lah, nanti stress jer. Siapa tahu next year lagi best untuk fully enjoy the concert tanpa worry, tapi if Slam/Zamani tu once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you, definitely worth discussing dengan OB-GYN pasal safety measures!
