I’m 7Month pregnant now..

Lepas position duduk nak berdiri and time berjalan saya rasa macam kat rahim ada rasa macam cramp..is it normal?and is it true that kalau perut nampak ke bawah means baby dah start nak buat laluan untuk bukan?
