Hi mummies, anyone sleep trained their baby after 4 months? Could you share the sleep training method used? My baby is having difficulties connecting her sleep cycles at night and can be awake 30 mins after being put down. She also associates night nursing to sleep. Baby is fully breastfed currently.

hi baby is turning 6 month old and is fully on breast too. sorry to tell you this but sleep training them is hard. but good thing is as they grow older they will sleep longer especially when we are right beside them at night. our smell somehow soothes them 🤭 my baby will wakeup a few times when she just fall asleep. but after 1-2 hours she will sleep all the way until its time to wakeup. hang in there

4 month old sleep training

Hi mummies! My baby just turned 4 months old and fully breast fed. She’s still waking up every 2-3h at night just to feed. Anyone tried sleep training at 4 months? Please share your experience :)

3 month old not sleeping through night

Hi mummies, any tips to help baby sleep through the night? She just turned 3 months but still waking up every 2h at night and contact naps in the day. Is this normal?

mine has yet to sttn at 3 mth but did start to sleep longer like 6hrs max.. they are still adjusting.. it will be better frm 4mths onwards.. but need to note if you are feeding enough for your baby e.g. increase amt milk intake alittle..
