morning sickness

hi guys, im at my week 11++ now and my morning sickness is at its peak. had diarrhoea in the morning and afterwards i vommited quite abit. lately i have also been feeling sick and weak. is this normal?#firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy

unfortunately, normal. make sure you drink more water to keep hydrated afterwards. Watch for food and drinks that triggers too.

cough or gag reflex?

why is it that everytime i cough i feel like vomitting? is it like a gag reflex or smtg haha pls advice if its normal. im gg to week 11 soon. pls pray that everything goes smoothly #firstbaby #firstbaby #pregnancy

don't feel quite pregnant yet

hi guys. im currently 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. have already went for my scan on week 6 and will be gg again on week 9. st the start, i used to feel nauseos, feels to vomit and all other symptoms. but as the weeks progress, i feel so much better. sometimes i feel like i forgot im pregnant hahaha. is it safe though? i am a little bit worried, but ill be seeing the doc again in a few days time. #pregnancy #firstbaby

it's normal.. some people had no symptoms throughout pregnancy or even during first trimester.. just relax and follow your body cue..
