Positive sugar @ 34weeks

I had my urinalysis last Thurs and found out I have positive 2 sugar. Does everyone here has the same case? And what did the OB advice you to do? It bothers me a lot since I'll be having my checkup by next week pa lang. Im currently 34weeks pregnant.

Is it okay to have patis as sawsawan and eat mild spicy foods? Because eversince I'm fond of condiments and spicy foods. Binawasan ko lang nowadays because Im pregnant. Minimal and moderately nlang.

sleep and vomit problem

I have a upper back pain (shoulder level) the moment I woke up this morning. I don't know why. Is it normal? AND I always have this kind na every night nagsusuka ako pero its all saliva with sour taste, ung parang ngsesecrete every time na mgduduwal ako. I can't sleep well pag di ko nagagawa yun. Ok lang ba yung ganon and sino may experience na same? TY
