39weeks and 5days na po ako. I do squats walking Naga kain nang pinya. Still no Contractions. 1st Baby po. Ang due date ko is march 5 to March 8.

Tips Lang po. I’m 30weeks preggy ❤️

Wag po palakihin si baby inside the tummy.. Iwasan po ang mga pinagbabawal na foods ni OB. Lagi kausapin si baby na wag pahihirapan si Mommy kaya natin ang normal delivery 😉. Pero mumsh if ung sipit sipitan mo is my problem po CS po tlga ang bgsak. May ganon kasi kahit manganganak na ndi siya nabuka. More Prayers po pati 😇
