Normal ke bila malam susah nak tido ?

Hai , ada tak dkt sini mmy² yg susah nk tidur bila pregnant ? Saya baru 7w6d . Pusing kiri tak kena , pusing kanan pn tak kena . Mummy² buat mcm mana ya ? Nk nangis rasa bila tk boleh tidur dgn selesa . 😭😭😭

Aww sabar ya, insomnia during pregnancy is super common especially early on, hormones plus anxiety can really mess with your sleep! A few of us tried side-sleeping with a pregnancy pillow (left side is best for blood flow), and honestly it made such a difference; also try some deep breathing or a warm bath before bed to calm down. If it's really affecting you badly though, best to mention it to your doctor just to check everything is okay and get their suggestions, because persistent sleep issues during pregnancy do need proper advice. You're not alone in this struggle, and it will get better!
