Nak cerita pengalaman.. Duduk hosp dkt seminggu lebih disebabkan darah tinggi... Alhamdulillah sy n baby selamat pada 22.8.22 keluar laa baby boy.. Berat 1.4kg je.. Syukur baby sngt aktif.. Skrng masih dok dlm incubator... Sedeh rasa tgk anak kecik lgi... Due sepatutnya 11hb10 😭 #firstbaby

Sayang, this is serious, please follow your doctor's advice closely and stay in the hospital. Tinggi BP at 32 weeks with a smaller baby needs proper monitoring, okay. Doctors are the best ones to guide you from here, jangan worry sendiri. Many of us have gone through high-risk pregnancies and the hospital team is there to help you dan baby stay safe. !

Nak tanya ibu² semua... Normal ke ngilu bahagian pinggul... Pastu bangun pagi.. Tangan jdi krem.. Sendi semua sakit.. 😣 Sekarang dh 31weeks.. #First_Baby

Eh, pasal pregnant woman pains yang ni memang common lah, terutama around 31 weeks when your body is really stretching! Pinggul ngilu tu biasanya sebab the extra weight at the front shifting your pelvis, and tangan krem dengan sendi sakit banyak kali adalah carpal tunnel atau water retention yang memang sering jadi masa pregnant ni. A few of my mum friends had the same thing, sikit sikit je hilang after delivery, tapi sebab ni first baby ko, I'd suggest check with your doc or midwife just to make sure semuanya okay ja, they might suggest some stretches or adjustments yang boleh help ease it off! Meanwhile, try sleeping with extra pillows, keep your hands elevated, and jangan la buat heavy lifting activities. Hang in there, mummy!
