Ano po magandang pump na bilhin? #firsttimemom

#Nippleproblem #Firsttimemom #First_baby_5days

Aww, congrats on baby! Honestly, a few of us moms swear by the electric ones kasi sobrang convenient, lalo na kung mahirap ang latching or may nipple concerns, I started with a manual pump tapos nag-switch ako dahil nahihirapan talaga. Since you're having nipple problems, make sure whatever pump you get has good suction control so hindi mas lalo ang irritation, at I'd recommend pairing it with Mama's Choice Nipple Cream (pregnancy and breastfeeding-safe, talaga works!) because the combo ng proper pump + good cream makes a huge difference in those first months. Invest lang sa quality one, hindi need gamitin forever pero worth it talaga for comfort at supply!
