37.2 C Body Temperature Normal

I’m 8 Weeks Pregnant today. I just suddenly feel very cold & have a 37.2 body temperature. Please assure me that it’s normal.. or should I go to the GP or my Ob-Gynae alrdy? Thanks

Fish Oil at Week 7

Can I eat fish oil as DHA source during week 7 of pregnancy or shall I wait for my Ob-Gynae to advise me.. Will only meet her again at week 10. Thanks for your clarification. 😊
