Hi, I think you can start almonds when your baby has got teeth and you can see he can chew them. Nuts can cause choking hazard so you have to be careful at what age you are feeding kids nuts. Else, you can begin early too by grinding almonds and mixing them in the milk. This too I think you should start after baby is one year.

I had c section delivery 2 months ago and today periods start. I'm worried.Is it normal

Hey, It is completely normal. I myself had a C-section and I think I too got my periods after 40 or 45 days. My doctor told me that in C-section they clean up the uterus and because of which my periods after delivery did not last more than 8 or 10 days, and later too started within two months period. I do not think there should be any issue if you are getting your periods after two years. It is pretty normal thing to have happened.
