Start labor at home

Hi fellow mums. FTM here. Currently on 38weeks. Open cervix by 1cm. Any suggestion and practices to start inducing labor/opening the cervix and dilating it faster? Nasstress na ako lahat na natry ko , walking , yoga , pineapple , primrose oil . Pa advice naman ano pong nag work sainyo 🥺#advicepls #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Hi mga mummies, I'm on my 1st trimester and grabe ba ung pregnancy acne ko as in malala. Hindi ko na matingnan sarili ko sa salamin dahil before pregnancy is very rare ako mag ka pimple. Hi mummies, this is my 2nd baby tho we lost the 1st one on miscarriage last year due to chromosomal abnormality. Anyway I'm a working mum on a graveyard shift. So lagi pong puyat talaga. But maghapon naman tulog. I take my prescriptions religiously. But any other suggestions or advise as to how i can make sure na healthy si baby sa loob?

same scenario momsh had miscarriage last yr. work in a graveyard shift with super stressful workload. trying it again i am 5 weeks preggy. i drink my vitamins and pampakapit religiously. more milk. iwas yosi and STRESS. lagi ka po matulog and wag ka muna magagagalaw nor magbuhat ng mabigat. bawal ka din mahpa steam ay kumain ng hilaw.
