Im still on 1st trimester . Can i start drinking milk for pregnancy mummies ?

Hi you can drink thru out your pregnancy, even till after birth but do take note of the high sugar in maternal milk. I’d advise drinking Meiji/marigold milk instead of maternal milk 😊

Hi mummies ! Do you use ketoprofen patch during your pregnancy ? Bcoz i have a bad bodyache and muscle pain on both legs . What you mummies recommend ?
