Mga momshies ask ko lang po. Kung nag breastfeed po ba, bawal po bang kumain o uminom ng maasim na pagkain o inumin Gaya ng pineapple juice?

I'm now at my 37th week sa second baby ko after 7 yrs at hindi po ako nakapag bf sa firstborn ko. Gusto ko po Sana I-try na magpa-bf dito sa baby #2 ko na lalabas thru C-section sa June 25th. Pero wala pa din po akong gatas at my malunggay capsule n din po ako iniinom. Ask ko lang po pwede n po ba ako mag breast pump? Makaka tulong po ba ito para ma-stimulate ang gatas ko? Thank you po sa mag-advice or comments in advance.

Hi! Mga Momshies, it is not my first time though it's been 7 yrs before I am blessed to have my second baby boy and it will be under C-section again. I am being overwhelmed on the things that I need to bring for my delivery on June 25th. I hope you can share me some of your checklist on what to bring so that I can check if I'm missing something. I really don't want to bring much just the very important things that me and my baby will be needing. Expected stay in the hospital will be 3-4 days. TIA. ☺️?
