IL feed mlo milk....

My IL feed mlo food that she not suppose to eat. They even wants to give mlo durian (thank God I was there). They feed her milo when I am not around. When I'm back I saw my baby mouth have chocolate stain. I ask did you all give her chocolate? But they say then only give Milo. Feed her with the spoon that my fil used and the same cup he use. He even put the biscuits in his Milo. My spouse and I had already say multiple time not to give her any food that we are eating. We even explain to they why. Milo too sweet for baby to drink. Yet it will cause heart disease and diabetes. I feel very unsafe when I'm not around when they look after my lo.

39 weeks of pregnancy..

I'm so scare and worry... Will I fail in my delivery room... My gyne say that I will be early birith... My husband doesn't seem he concern about me too..(I always doubt myself 'does he still love me?") Idk who to share with.. my sister always scare me saying that how pain i will be going though and the pain is extremely pain she can't explain it too...

Does every 29weeks pregnant...

Does every 29weeks pregnancy wil feel giddy,weak and Hungry easily? I always feel weak and giddy if I don't eat when I'm hungry. Maybe after 2-3hrs I will feel hungry.. I think is just a reaction that I don't have to eat..so I will wait for alil longer to eat.but even I ate I won't feel full.. could it be I starving myself for too long hrs? Iszit normal?

Yes I had that too.. so I’d take some small snacks in between meals.. and not overeat during meals so that I didn’t put on too much weight. Haha

forget mil bday .....

Idk tdy was my husband mother bday..until we went out for dinner and collect cake from her sister. my husband than say "tdy is my mom bday". We only eat at coffee shop.. and all order different types of food. Not even something that can make her feel that we are celebrating for her. Anw he was taking the cake out and wanted to cut his mother say "no,I don't want to celebrate" he told me that his mother is angry. I ask why don't he tell me if he is so forgetful. he say no point saying thing like this it not going to help at all. Say something more logistics that not just saying thing not helping. He's not blaming me.. but the way he put it in it sound like my fault.. I feel sad for not celebrating for mil. I blame myself for not asking before hand. Yes, whatever it is can't turn back the clock. But I really wish that I could and do something to make her feel better. But I have no idea what I suppose to say or do... Im so helpless.... But lastly I still wish her happy birthday.. oh thank u she said.

Actually, don’t feel bad! It’s not your fault. Some elderly don’t like to celebrate birthdays as they are superstitious about it.

swelling feet... back ache...

Cause of my job I have stand and walk alot...my legs feet are getting more and more swelling day by day.. I alway feel weak with my hand and legs. Traveling from home to work and work back to home.. I have a hard time walking over taking transport..I force myself to walk even I'm in pain..(carrying a big belly walking with a swilling legs and the backache keep pulling every step back while u walk.. that's is suck ..) I'm tired to tell my partner about it .. Whenever seeing him playing game or watching his show..... Idk why I felt alil annoy and I always sleep with tears... Anw I'm 28weeks pregnant,I just realized. Been suffering the pain and forgotten that I'm already 28weeks pregnant until I logon to The Asia parents.

hi momsie, try sketchers shoe they help when you stand long hour or even walk alot. my husband is like this too and i even cry to sleep when i’m pregnant. just be you and don’t be bother and soon they will realise something wrong. it’s hard, but once they figure we didn’t bother much they will start to care more. my husband hate when i give him cold shoulder for week and that when he start to care more

Bad memory bothering me......

He's angry over that my my memory is getting worst. But as I remember... I don't think is what he say.. Even tho I'm the one forget..why is he angry with me.. does it make sense to be angry with a pregnant woman? If she really can't remember thing that she say or do? that's not what I want also...

Suffering backache,knee pain, swilling and weak hand and leg. Is it normal? Should I visit a doctor? My next appointment is 26thjune should I wait? If I should visit before my appointment date should I go gynaecologist or private clinic will do?

I use nutrition to help other understand the importance of nutrition and many have benefit from it. I believe you will too

hungry late night..

Hungry and Sleepless nights.. I will always had my dinner before 6pm. I been starving myself for not eating after 7pm. Even I'm hungry. At most I will drink water. And I tried to sleep but I cant. My partner say that I'm fat. And my weight gain 12kg and im only 27weeks pregnant....

Pls dont starve yourself. U can try eating fruits maybe? Weight gain differs for everybody and ur partner must learn to accept and support you!

27weeks pregnancy

I have zero interest with doing anything, watching any of my fav movie and playing any games.... I'm bored, but I don't feel like doing anything. I can sit and daydream for day. But I didn't because I will definitely scared my mother haha And i easily get emotional and breakdown too...
