Ooh first time mom, congrats! Honestly, pumping at work is a game-changer, a few of us tried exclusive pumping at the office and it really helped us maintain supply while being present sa work, kailangan lang ng a quiet spot and a good pump (electric pumps talaga save your life). My advice is start practicing with a pump maybe a month before balik work so baby gets used sa bottle and you know kung gaano karaming oras ang kailangan mo every session. One of my mum friends swears by doing direct breastfeeding pag gabi and weekends para sa bonding, then pump during work days, best of both worlds siya ngayon. Storage and timing are key din, invest sa good bottles and sterilizer, and talk sa your employer about break times kasi legally entitled ka nyan. You've got this, mama!
