My advice is start practicing with a pump maybe a month before balik work so baby gets used sa bottle and you know kung gaano karaming oras ang kailangan mo every session. One of my mum friends swears by doing direct breastfeeding pag gabi and weekends para sa bonding, then pump during work days, best of both worlds siya ngayon.
