Hi mama! First things first, please talk to your OB about this at your next visit or sooner if you're worried, okay? They know your full picture best and can explain what it means for your pregnancy. I know it's scary when the ultrasound shows something "high normal", but you're doing great by paying attention and asking! Most of the time, these things are just how baby's developing, and your doctor will keep an eye on it. Focus on eating healthy (fruits, veggies, protein, plenty of water!) and following your OB's advice, that's really all you can do. You've got this, and you're not alone in worrying about every detail. Kaya mo yan!

Hey mama, I understand the worry kasi bago pa lang ang pregnancy journey mo! High normal amniotic fluid is usually not something to stress over, it's still within the normal range, so that's good, but definitely bring this up sa next OB visit mo para ma-monitor lang properly and makakuha ng peace of mind from your doctor directly. In terms of diet, honestly most of us just focus on staying hydrated, eating balanced meals with protein and veggies, at avoiding too much sodium, pero ang best advice talaga is from your OB since bawat pregnancy ay different. You're doing great taking care of yourself at being proactive about your health, that's exactly what baby needs from you right now!
