Hi mummies! Ask ko lang kung normal lang ba na hindi masyadong makatulog ang 23weekks pregnant? Putol putol kase tulog ko tapos hindi naman ako nakakatulog sa tanghali. Thanks!

Its so hard too poop.. Is it normal? ?

Are you pregnant? Well mostly its what you consume or what u eat. Mostly i will start my day with milk/coffee/milo. Follow by 3 liters of water then milk before bed. During and after pregnancy. Try eating bananas they sometimes help.. all the best mummy

Sleeping problem

Cant sleep is a part also of pregnancy? Im 3months pregnant. I sleep 8pm amd i wake up 2am. And i cant go back to sleep anymore ? Then i have a headache in whole day. Is that normal?

Yes. I had for awhile where I sleep at 10 and wake at 4 then hard to sleep back until 6. After awhile it went away. Try something soothing to get u back to sleep at 2am like milk or aromatherapy. Hopefully will be better soon.

Avoid grapes, pineapple, papaya and watermelon. Other fruits are ok to consume and just take in moderation.
