Night doula or postpartum care in Philippines

Anyone know a night doula who can help me take care of a newborn at night? My husband is out of the country so I’ll be the only one taking care of the newborn when he/she comes in March. Do you mommies also know if there is a postpartum or postnatal hotel or care facility anywhere in manila? We really should have this 🥲

Hay, I totally understand your situation, taking care of a newborn solo is tough, pero kaya mo yan! For night doulas, try asking your OB or the hospital where you're giving birth kung may referrals sila, kasi maraming private nurses naman dito sa Manila who do night care, or check Facebook groups for expat moms and working moms kasi usually may recommendations doon. As for postpartum facilities, honestly sobrang limited pa rito compared sa ibang countries, but some private hospitals do offer "rooming in" packages with nurses available, so definitely inquire directly sa hospitals like Makati Medical, St. Luke's, or Asian Hospital. You're doing an amazing job preparing ahead, that's already half the battle, at I'm sure you'll find the right support system para sa iyong baby at para sa sarili mo. Kaya mo nito!
