8days delayed pero negative sa pt Sino nkaranas sa inyo ng ganito? Twice na ako nag pt but still negative.

baka delay ka lang talaga. madaming factors kung bakit nagdedelay bukod sa preggy; stress, puyat, hormonal imbalance, may pcos, polyps etc. kung 1 month ka madelay at negativr pa din sa pt. magpacheck up ka sa ob para malaman kung bat ka delay

No sign of labor and still closed cervix.

39weeks no sign of labor

Currently 39weeks na ako today but still closed cervix and no sign of labor. Any tips mga momsh?

Ay momsh, I feel you! A few of us sa mommy group namin were in the same boat, it's so frustrating waiting, pero remember bawat baby has their own timeline talaga. Have you talked to your OB about this? Sometimes they'll want to monitor you closely or discuss options if you go past 40 weeks, kaya best to check in with them ASAP para ma-ease your mind. In the meantime, the usual tips like walking, staying active, and staying calm really do help, one of my friends swore na ang pagtulog ng mahimbing and not stressing actually triggered labor na haha!

Aw mama, I feel you, ang tapos-tapos na! Honestly, a few of us tried walking a lot, pelvic exercises, and staying active, pero ang totoo lang talaga is mas importante na mag-relax at trust your body kasi timing talaga ng baby yan, di? Best mo talaga mag-check with your OB tomorrow para makita kung anong happening sa cervix mo and if there's anything they suggest specifically for you, every pregnancy talaga is different, and they'll know best what's safe for you at your situation. Malapit na yan, mama!
