Dry patches on skin

Hello mommies, ano po kaya ito? Super dry ng skin at gaspang nya, nakakamot pa nya madalas. Cetaphil baby wash at lotion po gamit ko pero wala po effect :( 8 months na po si Lo. Please help 🙏 😢 #pleasehelp #advicepls

Aww, poor baby! A few of us had the same issue kaya alam ko how frustrating it is, sometimes baby's skin is just super sensitive or the weather/humidity dries them out talaga, lalo na now. Have you tried applying lotion while their skin is still slightly damp from bath, or maybe switching to a gentler moisturizer like coconut oil or even trying Mama's Choice Face Moisturiser (it's safe for baby skin and sobrang nourishing), but honestly, if it's been going on for a while and baby's scratching a lot, better check with your pediatrician din para ma-rule out eczema or other skin conditions, kasi sometimes dry patches need specific treatment.
