Don't squeeze out the milk. It may cause early contraction. You can wear breastpads if the milk comes out.

Personally, I suggest beli pregnancy pillow. Selesa betul. 😁 Walaupun rs mcm, ala sama je mcm pillow lain. Tp hakikatnya selesa sgt, walaupun penuh katil dgn bantal tu. 😂
