Folic acid side effect?

Start ng pregnancy ko, Binigyan po ako sa center ng free ferrous sulphate + Folic acid. Gabi lang daw po iinumin, pero since nag 2nd trimester ako, nahihilo at nasakit sikmura ko every after ko uminom nun. Normal po ba un?

Mamsh nagpacheck up kana po? Simula nung nag second trimester po ako pinahinto na ng OB ko yung folic acid ko.
