Late filing of ML

I need help. Nakunan ako, 4 months. Hindi pa po ako nakapag file for mat 1 kasi hindi ko po talaga alam kung paano and I had to rectify my UTI Kaya na bed rest ako for a week and after the next thing I knew, early labor na ko. Nalaman ko na pregnant ako nung 8 weeks na. Need a letter of explanation for due to non submission of mat1. I don't know kung paano gawin.

4 months pregnant, Nainom ng antibiotics para gumaling yung infection. What are the possible consequences for the baby since umiinom ako ng antibiotics?

Treatment for cough and cold

15 weeks pregnant here. My work is always infront of a computer meaning my surroundings should always be centralized. My colleague had a flu for 5 days and went back to work even if she's not yet well. Now, I have runny nose and a very dry cough. I feel like I have a fever but whenever I check my temperature, it's normal. What should you recommend me to do or to drink?

I think you should make sure you get enough sleep and stay hydrated. Take a sick day so you can nap if necessary. I find that sleeping really helps me stop getting sick

Is it okay for pregnant women to use beauty products? like papaya soap? kojic? cleanser?

No, masama sa preganant po ung matatapang ang sabon. Better to use organic or baby soap.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant but as early as possible, I want to plan ahead of the time. I'm a working mom and it's my first baby. I don't know what is the perfect time to turn your babies for mixed feeding. I'm 2 hours away from my office and I render 8 hours a day from work. My friend told me to put my breast milk inside a freezer while I'm at work but I only have an hour after I take it but of the fridge.

Mas okay po breastmilk at first few months.
