I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have had normal symptoms, been very tired but today I was even more tired than usual to an excessive extent so I laid down after work, I woke up feeling feverish and have chills and nauseas.. The tiredness and nausea I realize is normal. Maybe it all is but do you think I should be concerned? Just haven't felt this bad at any other point this pregnancy and feeling a little worried

Take more rest... Especially during first trimester. If you feel really bad pls consult your gynae for safety
