Hello mommies, ada tak yang experienced ada baby colic? Baby saya asal malam asyik menangis tak henti2. Kalau ada tips yang boleh bantu, mohon share ya. Tq

Ahhh sabar je mama, colic ni memang bikin gila malam-malam! A few of us dalam playgroup tried things like burping dia slowly, tummy time before bedtime, sama-sama jaga ambient noise (some babies actually prefer background sound), tapi honestly setiap baby beda kat mana lagi comfortable. One of my mum friends swears by carrying baby in upright position sambil gentle bounce, tapi anak dia lain boleh respond. Since ini ongoing concern, best kalau check with your pediatrician to make sure it's actually colic and bukan something else, tapi in the meantime try experimenting dengan different positions and soothing methods, yang jalan untuk satu baby may not work for yours Hang in there, usually improves around 3-4 months!

Folate Vs Folic asid?

Halo mommies... nak tanya apa beza Folate and folic Asid? Baru2 saya ada consume Susu Anmum (Materna) , dan ada folate dalam kandungan susu tu. Jadi nak tau lebih lanjut

folate ni natural form of vit b9. folic acid pula synthetic form of vit b9. dua2 function yg lebih kurang sama. tapi kalau pregnant, folic acid tu absorbed better dlm badan. sbb tu kena consume folic acid time mengandung. folate yg dlm makanan/minuman tu hanyalah tambahan
