Postpartum abdomen pain

I had severe cramps last night about 2am and it only subsided abt 4plus am. It was still painful esp during breastfeeding. I then took panadol abt 5am n slept till 8am without much pain. After bfast, i continued feeling pain only not as intensed as it was at 2am. My lower back has started to feel sore too. Now its midnight and i am still in pain. So far no other symptoms. Should i go dr or just wait it out.

Were you using epidural or c section or natural birth? PP Abdomen Pain occur for awhile however, during confinement I will highlight this with my masseuse to let her know of the pain. It could be the womb area, it could be blood clot not remove properly, etc then I will bind and wrap . This is to also maintain good posture when seating down. Because we use to have big bumps so after giving birth the excess skin stretch folded and cause pain in abdomen area causing discomfort same with lower back pain. However, if pain persistent get it check with doctor immediately and they will advise you.

38 weeks 5 days; spotting brown discharge

Spotting brown discharge like on and off. It started yesterday but only happened in the afternoon. There wasn't any discharge after that, until today about 11am. My last appt was on Wednesday and DR mentioned I am 3CM dilated. No contractions so far. Should I be worried? My EDD is 25th Sept. Baby is est to be at 3.17KG

You may consult the labour ward to ask for advice because you are due next week. They will then advice if you need to go hospital or not. Because sometimes dilation doesn't mean to be admitted right away. Some will be advice till waterbag break or contractions kick in.

29 Weeks and Covid19 Positive

Hey. Any mummies was or is covid positive during the 3rd trimester? My symptoms are sore throat, cough, flu and fever. My head gets abit heavy sometimes. Today is Day 1 after PCR test. Dr said wait for result to come in tmr and then wait for MOH to call. I have those 3 leg cooling water and pre packed coconut water. Are they safe to drink? I’m 28weeks, 5th day positive. Symptoms around same as yours. Drink lots and lots of water. The fever will come and go so I ate the Panadol that the doctor prescribed. I had fresh coconut water once as I’m not very sure how much can one drink.
