Hello mga momsh...sino po dito 36 weeks pregnant?nakakaba habang papalapit na ng papalapit edd..Naka schedule ako ng CS sa feb.28,2022 para full term 39 weeks sabi ng OBGYNE ko.

Uy, totally get it, that mix ng excitement at anxiety is real, lalo na pag malapit na talaga! A few of us went through scheduled CS din, and honestly ang best thing para sa peace of mind is to trust your OB since sila naman ang nakikita mo regularly and alam nila ang full picture ng pregnancy mo. The waiting period can feel long, pero focus on the small things like getting good sleep, taking your vitamins, at maybe preparing the baby corner na para mas feel mo ready mentally. Kaya mo yan, momsh!

Aww mama, I know how scary that diagnosis feels, a few of us sa mommy group namin had GDM din and honestly it's manageable once you get the hang of it! Most of the moms I know just focused on their diet (low sugar, lots of protein and veggies), regular monitoring ng blood sugar, at light exercise like walks, then everything turned out fine with healthy babies. Best talaga na makipag-work closely sa OB mo or the dietitian they refer you to kasi bawat case is a bit different, pero don't lose hope, you've got this!
