38 weeks symptoms

Hi Mommas! FTM here! I’m now 38 weeks and ready to pop anytime soon. Just wanted to ask if it’s normal to feel period-like cramps and pain in the lower abdomen at night. It’s been keeping me awake. 👀 I also felt really cold last night and had chills. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
